Terms of Service

Websites are delivered as agreed in each project scope. Setup fees are payable before work begins and are non-refundable once design work has started. Monthly maintenance plans renew automatically each month and can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice by email to hello@noolatech.com. No refunds are given for partial months. If a maintenance plan is cancelled, the website remains yours; hosting transfer assistance is provided. Revisions and additional work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
